1.景點距離及交通便利度：省下交通時間就有更多時間玩啦！
2.價格：一分錢一分貨沒錯，不過如果是同一家飯店的話在HOTELS.COM訂的話訂貴了還能退價差！沒在怕的！（這點超棒！）
3.附加服務及設施設備：例如免費wifi/泳池/健身房/早餐/盥洗用具，care這些的人建議在找房時注意一下喔！
4.實際評價：最怕住到就是圖文不符的，這真的會壞了興致，除了去google看有沒有人住過之外，HOTELS.COM也會有實際住過的房客評價也是可以納入考量範圍喔！

Green Villa B&B is located in Hualien City, 2.4 km from Pine Garden. Free WiFi is covered throughout the setting.
Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Every room comes with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Green Villa B&B features free WiFi throughout the property.
To explore the area, you may avail of free bike rental service (limited bikes). Alternatively, a one-day trip accompanied with a local guide and a driver sounds nice. Other outdoor activities can be arranged, including whale watching, paragliding, river trekking, firefly watching, shrimp catching and boating. Extras include ticketing and free self-serviced laundry.
Free breakfast is offered each morning. For your convenience, vegetarian dishes can be arranged for guests in need.

資深媒體人楊照近期公開發表「馬英九錯估台灣社會」一文，顯示他對我國憲政體制有所誤解，致使他作出錯誤評論。
第一、楊文認為馬英九總統代表行政權，王金平院長代表立法權，彼此為相互制?關係。總統換掉立法院長，是行政權干預立法權，破壞權力平?使總統大權在握，絕非好事。
事實上依據我國憲法，總統代表國家，是超乎五院之上。代表行政權是行政院長，不是總統。憲法明定行政院對立法院負責，立法院可監督行政院。但總統由人民選出，對人民負責，不對立法院負責。同時立法委員任期4年，總統並無權撤換立法院長。所以總統與立法院長間，並無制衡關係，楊照完全誤會了。
第二、楊文說馬總統讓國民黨考紀會以傷害黨譽為由撤消王金平黨籍，使他同時喪失不分區立委與立法院長資格，是「明白以黨意壓制民意」、「開民主倒車」，楊照這是更大誤解。
我國立委有兩種，一種是「區域立委」，由73個選區人民選出，如有違法失職，可由原選區人民依法罷免；一種是「不分區立委」，由政黨提名，靠人民投給政黨的票（第二票）當選，如有違法失職或違反黨紀黨綱，非由人民罷免，而由政黨撤銷或開除其黨籍，使其失去不分區立委身分。
這是選罷法73條與大法官331號解釋的明文規定，國內各政黨行之有年。1999年國民黨籍的不分區國民大會議長蘇南成，2002年民進黨籍的不分區立委邱彰，2013年台聯黨籍的不分區立委林世嘉，都是因為違反黨紀，遭所屬政黨開除黨籍，而失去中央民代資格，當時社會輿論對此全無批評。

美國總統川普(Donald Trump)因旅行禁令與法界槓上，目前此案在上訴法院進入攻防階段，對於法官遲遲不願提早讓命令上路，川普周三(8日)再度抨擊法院「太政治化」及「可恥」。他的大法官提名人戈蘇奇(Neil Gorsuch)對此則直言「沮喪及失去信心」(disheartening and demoralizing)。
根據美國有線電視新聞網(CNN)報導，戈蘇奇與民主黨參議員布魯門索(Richard Blumenthal)見面時說，對於川普批評司法界，他感到非常的沮喪且難受，他也曾對參議院少數黨領袖舒默(Chuck Schumer)說道，對他同袍的攻擊其實就像對所有人攻擊一樣。布魯門索則安慰他，即便沮喪，他也有義務向美國人民說清楚他的想法，說明川普總統對司法機關的攻擊有多麼的令人不能忍受。
可以預見，川普對法界的種種發言抨擊言論，會讓戈蘇奇之後的任命聽證會變得相當複雜，無怪乎他會大呼難受，但他與議員們會面談話，多少透露出願意主動解決問題、表明立場。
川普的旅行禁令在周二(7日)於上訴法院舉行聽證會，3位聯邦法院上訴法官詳細的詢問雙方對這項禁止7個穆斯林多數國家的旅行禁令陳述，要求聯邦政府的律師具體說明抗告的原因、也要求判決暫緩執行的地方法院提出此禁令「種族歧視」的證據。上訴法院法官正在考慮是否恢復禁令，但這不會立即發生。
